Director/VP of Business Development

Location: Remote (U.S. based; preferably in an area with a well-established biopharmaceutical industry presence)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director/VP of Business Development to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying new B2B consulting and contracting opportunities within the life science sector, with a focus on Real-World Data Analytics and Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR). The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Growth: Design and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's long-term goals.

- Business Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in life sciences, particularly in Real-world Data Analytics and HEOR.

- Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

- Deal Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals with new and existing clients.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and technical teams to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and service delivery excellence.

Qualifications:

·      Demonstrated success in a business development leadership role, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare consulting industry.

·      Deep understanding of B2B service models and market dynamics in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

·      Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·      Proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients and partners.

·      Strong domain expertise in HEOR and Real-World Data Analytics is highly desirable.

Compensation & Growth:
